History Of Boer Goat

BOER GOAT

Boer goats are the largest of the goat breeds. Boer goats were originally produced by Afrikaner farmers  In 1959, who crossed various European and Indian breeds with breeds raised by Bantu and Khoekhoe people. these Boer goats are generally white colored with brown heads. They have two long pendulous ears falling on the sides. Boer goats eat leaves of trees, green grasses, corn, and some other supplementary feeds. They need a lot of water to drink to maintain their healthy diet.
